I'm 5 and half months post and have lost 89 lbs; very pleased. However, this is the first time I have gained. I of course couldn't eat much at one time over the holiday, but I suppose the left over dressing, pecan cups, and cake didn't help me. I was not a happy camper to have gained 1.2 lb. I know, I know, no big deal right? And I'm not stressing on it, I simply didn't like it....I know the temptations will always be there and I've made up my mind that I'm going to do better over Christmas holiday.

This is the first week I haven't lost any weight. In fact, I stayed the same right down to the ounces; kinda weird. I knew this day would come but I'm still not happy about it. From reading previous posts, I understand that I will hit plateaus and maybe even gain a pound or two. Still frustrating though. I had my sleeve May 22 and have lost 76 pounds so far. Any advice from anyone is appreciated.

Wow, I'm down 73 pounds in four and half months. I of course can tell it in my clothes and the way I feel, but until I saw the before and after pictures of myself, I didn't know it had made such a difference. The picture itself gives me encouragement and, well, JOY. I am finding out what foods I CANNOT eat. Of course they were/are my favorites, so it is probably a good thing. Just wanted to drop a line to say I'm keepin' the faith. Good luck to you all.

I was thrilled the other day when I did my weigh-in, another five pounds. I was actually surprised because the preceding two weeks I had lost 3 and 2 pounds. After 9 weeks I have lost 50 pounds. I was so heavy to start with that I figured people wouldn't notice, but they have. Finding out what foods I can eat....NO TRICKS...they are for kids anyway...lol..Feeling really good and happy. Wish the best to everyone taking this journey..

I WAS feeling great at the end of one week, Doc said to go on Puree. Pureed some chicken and my stomach hurt me for hours. Tried again, same thing. Then I started taking my pills and my stomach hurts a couple of hours after the "big" pills. Have to get to the store to get chewables because I'm not taking them now. Today I've been having cream soup, jello, my protein shakes, and yogurt. I think I'm going to stay on this a couple more days. I took my regular medication one pill every hour
