Oh no, I am so saddened by this, she was great poster on this site and a great supportive member of our July Sleevers group, I can't believe any of this, I am so very, very sorry for her family. A light has gone out of this world and it is a little darker. I will miss her.

Rox am thinking of you ism sure you are too busy coping with the new way of life .. I hope you are doing ok and that you are feeling better with each day.
You wanted to know when I got to 199 well I got there yesterday. I am really pleased. I had to wait a few days so it was worth the wait to see the scales.. I photographed the scales and put it on my blog..
Take care now and try walk get rid of that Nasty C02 and drink..sip sip sip and rest and fart! Hah one of my friends on here told me that ... And yes it's true.. Hoping to make you smile.
Let me know how you are when you are up to it.
    Love Hev

Good luck Rox for tomorrow I will be thinking of you!
    It gets better every day.

Take care and good luck with it all stay cool and the best is yet to come!
    Love and best wishes Hev

Rox thanks for your post. I have only wondered what the heck I have done Wednesday this week just gone. That was because I rushed my food and threw it up all day. But apart from that its been a good experience! So be optimistic about the outcome it helps to keep positive. Just remember why we all do this and that's to keep the weight off. So far so good.
I keep hopping on the scales it only turned to 202 the other day so I tend to spend a few days at that number and I am almost on the the turn to 201 but will let you know. It's that magic 200 and 199 number I don't know why it's so important but it is.
As for eating I tend to have to do something whilst I am eating or I too as you so aptly put it shovel it in! Old habits die hard. But when you get like a feeling of someone has blown up a balloon in your upper chest believe me you will be quick to realise that you won't want to do it again in. A hurry because it takes a while to go away and it's not a good feeling.
I try to leave a minute between bites and liquefy the bites in my mouth and some of the time they disappear before I have swallowed them... It's all a learning curve you will see!

Rox just to say yes at this stage if I sleep too long it does interfere with my intake. But I am sure that when I eat real meals of protein I will feel better. But yes I believe once you have had this op you have to drink to keep hydrated. I don't think you can afford to go without protein either if my feeling tired is anything to go by. Don't worry about it .. It is just the stage I am at which is not permanent. Take care Hev
Next week i will be eating more real food I am sure it makes the kdifference!

About Rox
Sleeved or not sleeved:
I have had a gastric sleeve.
Have not been fat all my life - have been fat for 17 years- both parents were morbidly obese - dad passed 5 years ago - stroke complications - Mom passed last Christmas day unexpectedly - massive MI - left me a little $$ - decided to change my life and have this surgery - had been thinking about it for years - guess I needed a huge shock and influx of cash to push me to do this
