Today was my first visit with my surgeon since my surgery on 5/22. I was 275 and now 184, my BMI is 28. I was surprised when he told me not to lose any more weight. I told him that I would like to get down to 150, he said that would make me look sickly. I plan to keep doing what I am doing and see what happens. My BMI indicates that I am still overweight, I want to be NORMAL. He also suggested "Rogaine" for my hair loss, which has gotten way out of control. I picked up a 3 month supply, has anyone else tried it?

I feel great actually. I have been up and around since the day of surgery. I am struggling to find variations in the foods (clear and full liquids) right now but I am so excited. Thanks for checking in!
