Yeah for Soft Food!

Who would have ever thought that I would be happy to eat an egg!!! But this liquid has been rough!! Has anyone else developed Thrush or is it just me?? But that is no good when you have to have so much dairy! can't wait for some egg!!!! or Deli turkey, think I will have that for lunch!

Ok back to work! Surgery went great! Had no drains or tubes after surgery and now to finish up these last few days of liquids! I can do it! I can do it! sheesh!

Hey All!
So I have been approved and am almost halfway through the liquid diet! Surgery next thursday!! So excited! Been a long 5 months. Have buried 3 grandmothers and been able to quit smoking and now during liquids I am not even hungry! Whats up with that?!?!?!?! If anyone says that they can't do it they can! It has been a stressful summer with delay after delay but it is finally here!!

Just got a call from the surgeon's office and they have moved up my appointment with her 2 weeks!!! So excited!!! Just hope I don't have to be on liquids for my birthday! Is it ok to puree a birthday cake?? LOL

So I found out from the Doctor that I have Sleep apnea and have to be on a CPAP for a month before they will do surgery which may postpone my surgery since I can't get into the sleep center until Friday. But on a happier note I lost 1 1/2 pounds and found a new addiction in Aqua Zumba!!! So much fun!!!! Can't wait to go tonight!
