Well, I went out and bought a scale over the weekend and learned that I am finally in ONEderland. Did a happy dance and have to decide what I am buying myself as that was my first major goal. Clothes have been a pain in the ass. I buy 14's and three weeks later, they're falling off me. I'm wearing them until they look rediculous this time. I have been trying to get to the gym as much as possible or just walking outside for cardio. It's hard getting gym time in when I work full time and go

I have only lost 23lbs in 2 months and feel like a failure. I drink and watch what I eat, make sure I get my protein and veggies in. I don't eat carbs such as bread and pasta and excersice 4-5 nights a week. I have been stuck at 207 which feels like FOREVER!!! I do only weigh myself once a week, so the scale is not an obsession. I did have to buy new smaller clothes as my other clothes were swimming on me, but my next goal is ONEderland and I just can't get there. Feeling discouraged and depressed.

Went to my one month post op appt and am down 8lbs since last visit. Averaging 2lbs a week and I'm ok with that. He put me on a regular diet, so no more mush, I just have to be careful with what I eat. I did have a little baked chicken yesterday and for the first time I can say that something did not agree with me. I am not sure if I will ever eat chicken again because of the experience.
On a good note, I pulled out a pair of slacks that I have not worn in...well...I can't remember

So today I decided that I am going to sign up for adult tap classes at a local dance studio. I have a friend who had bypass surgery last year and is thinking of doing it with me. I think this should be fun and different from just walking and going to the gym. It's low impact but you still get a cardio workout from moving. They even have the adults do a recital with costumes and everything. I am so excited.
Bought new shirts last week...larges, no more extra large thank you
