    Today marks 12 weeks since my surgery! i feel better today than I have in years! I am down 57 lbs since preop 14 weeks ago and I am able to eat more variety in solids each week. I am learning each day to make healthier choices for the fuel that goes into my body which is a huge victory for me! If you had asked me if I thought the surgery was worth it 6 weeks ago I would have said no! The post op healing and phase diet was pretty miserable as well as the boughts of vomiiting as I was learning what did and did not work in my sleeve. Today I can totaly say the surgery was worth it! I am looking forward to continuing to discover the new me!
