Hi all had my sleeve on Friday. I'm struggling with fluid...it is like there is no room down there. It's better today than it was because they did steroids to reduce swelling. However it's like I take a tiny drink....it sits at the base of my esophagus and trickles in. It has me worried about anything thicker!!! It sounds like other people have this and it has gotten better. I would love to hear about when people could just drink normal

Anyway besides that one thing the surgery went great and I feel really good today. Day 1 and morning of day 2 were hard but once i stopped forcing fluid and got sleep...whole new woman!! Thankful for a place to check for answers
