I know, I know. I've been terrible about updating here but I'm just popping in to share some exciting news...
It took me a while but (HOORAY) I'm under 200! 199.2 to be exact. It's been 14 years since the first number in my weight has been a "1" and I'm so, so happy. I've been fighting the same five-ish pounds since before Thanksgiving!

In March I discovered Les Mills RPM which is an indoor cycling group exercise class. I fell in love and got addicted. I found an instructor who I love and his classes had such great energy. I became a regular and on an average week I'd go twice. There were a few weeks where I went 4-6 times a week!

Here are some other ideas for pureed foods:
- Scrambled eggs
- Scrambled eggs blended with sausage or Spam Lite (yes, i did that. don't judge!)
- Egg salad (hard boiled egg, light mayo, season to taste)
- Refried beans with chicken (top with salsa or guac if you please)
- Black beans with chicken
- Crab salad (imitation crab, light mayo, season to taste)
- Pumpkin Pie
- Garlic Mashed Cauliflowermaybe add unflavored protein powder?
