130 pound's down,man that's inspirational stuff jeff !!!!!!! that just put a smile on my face, you must feel like a new man. it's been just about 2 1/2 month's for me and i have gone from a size 56 to wearing a size 44 with a belt pulled back 6 notches, i mean for the last 3 year's i couldn't fit into a booth, now i can fit with room to spare!!!!! well, have a safe new year and i wish you nothing but the best, tony.

Thanks Tony, I really can't say enough about the team I had at Scottsdale Shea,,Dr. Blackstone is the best of the best.. and I read your recent post and I agree everyone is different in recovery and types of food they can handle, I seem to be one of the very fortunate people that have had zero complications with anything, I have had a few episodes with different food but I now know what to stay away from for sure.. I was back to work in a week and from March to now I'm down 120lbs.. so things are pretty good.. Please keep in touch accept my friend request that I sent.. and give me a shout if you like.. Hi bigjeffyc105,i see that you live sort of close to me. I just wanted to ask you if you know of or belong to a support group that meet's out here in avondale. I love this support site but would really like to find a support group that meet's in person!!
