A goodwill store opened up near my workplace and I visit about every 2 weeks. Yesterday I got 5 sweaters for $17. I am never warm enough now, so pretty sure I will wear sweaters with a jacket over top all winter.

And guess what? I wear a large. Just large. XL sometimes, but i think that is a juniors XL. I got a young adults tshirt by accident a few weeks ago and it fits. I have a large chest still (double D cup) so i doubt I"ll ever be a small, but so what.

I have been kind of focused on the wrong number. I have been seeing my weight loss slow down, stall, but never go up. I really wanted to hit my goal already, but when i look at the statistics, I am right on target.

So, I lost like 65 lbs of blubber and I'm cold ALL the time now. Sipping water all the time probably doesn't help....might have to move to some hot tea or something. BRRRRRR

Remember when you went through those akward spells as a teenager where you felt like you looked odd? Thats how I'm feeling. Akward in my own skin. My hair loss has stopped finally, but some days I just feel like the ugly duckling and the next day I'm fine.

Anyone else having this?

It was suggested to me that hormones played a part in my hair loss and so I started using a hormone cream and it stopped immediately. Just a tip for anyone still dealing with that.

I've been spending more time alone, and thinking about eating foods when no one can see me. I think about it, and I want something really bad, like little debbies or totinos pizza. But then I don't really want to eat it, I just want to taste it, or its not the same if I eat it secretly anymore. I think I was getting a thrill out of eating secretly before and I never realized it. But now it doesn't matter if its secret or not because i can't eat it all and there is evidence. is that sick?
