    Conrats on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 and it was the best thing I could have done. I am part of a great support goup on Facebook.     Confused!!!!!!!!! If i have breakfast @ 6am ,wait 30min then drink,how long after that should i have a snack before lunch which i think i should have 3hrs from breakfast
