I need a little..................heck I don' know what I need. Since my surgery I have eaten no candy. Yesterday afternoon I hit the left over halloween candy and hit it hard. I can't believe that I did that. I will be afraid to get on the scales for a month. I threw all the rest of the left over candy away. I was eating tootsie rolls and I don't even LIKE tootsie rolls!

Hi Tammy, it's me again. Do you eat much meat? I can eat it OK, it just doesn't sound good. I get plenty protein in, do you think this will cause me andy problems?

Hi Tammy, I was going over one of your sample menus you gave me, Thanks by the way. How many carbs do you eat a day? The Nutrionist at my doctor's office said up to a 100 a day and up to 1000 calories. Does that sound right to you? I see that there are so many differences from doctor to doctor.

Hi I am doing OK. Still not excercising enough. I weighed 226 this morning......Yahoo! Still not eating much more than apples w/pb, yougurt, cheese and protein drinks with milk. I know I probably need to add something new to my diet. How are you doing?
