I'm on such a mental stall. I can't seem to get my psychie together with this new lifestyle. I'm n constant prayer. I'm down to losing a half a lb every two weeks. I'm gonna get this. Just taking me a little longer than I want. It's normal to stall a month r two out it seems our body start healing n get use to the less cals we take in. We gotta do some sort of system shock. Stay determined n lets keep each other posted. The lovely.

I'm well, scared to eat some days because a lot of things don't agree with me. Overall I'm good. Glad you are doing good. I know its hard to get everything in on a daily basis, especially the water. I still struggle with that. Hang in there and know its all worth it.

Hi brekia2000, I'm only a month out but I was told to reduce alot of excess skin, you will need to do body wraps and exercise. I was 320 @surgery n I'm 5'8, I started working out n doing weights at my 3 wk mark. I'm determined to not have all the skim I c some with. I think the wraps will help a lot plus weights. Hope this helps. I will most definitely keep u posted.
