I am 5 weeks post op and am down 13.5 inches around and 29 lbs. I know I should be happy but I wish it was more! As a nurse I know that losing to much to fast is not a good thing and that it will come with time, however on the patient side, I know how much I have been through and have higher expectations! So much frustrations here!

I am 3 weeks post op and am officially down 25lbs!! I am happy with losing weight, it is just that I wish I have lost more?! Is that about average?

I know they don't advise soda due to the carbination however, I am wondering if anybody knows when it may be okay to have some. These caffeine headaches are taking over my life!!!

I am on day 9 post surgery and having extreme difficulties getting in any of my protein. I cannot stomach the taste of the protein shakes and could use a little tip on how to do it! I feel myself getting weaker and depressed. Any thoughts?
