Oh the illusion!

I have tettered for so long on the edge of wonderland that I gave up and decided to put my scales away for a couple of months. With illness, exercise restrictions, meds, etc.. I just want to keep feeling better. So me and hubbs are off tomorrow for our anniversary trip to Chattanooga. Cant wait. We r adding zip lining this year. Im scared to death and cant wait at the same time!! Of course our staple is Rock City. This will b the first time in 4 years I can actually get thru Fat Man's Squeeze.

Well Saturday was my 1 yr. Still tetter toddling at 205. Ohh will I ever see the 100's??? LOL... has been a long year, but I have to say, seeing life clearer than I evet have. It was, and still is one of my greatest achievements I have accomplished. 273lbs down from my highest weight. Soooo no complaints. I wish you all the good health there is to grab.

Hello to all! I hope you all are having great success! Many ups and downs to all this right? lol Boy I thought i had researched it all.. but no... since we are all different.. I finally found the "shake off" for my 3 stall.
I have been diagnosed with a disrupting and painful condition in my inner ear.. which after about $10,000 in medical bills I was given sedatives and nausea meds with a simple, thank you, it will take some more months to get better. So it has been

219 as of last Wednesday. Yay, that's the good! I have been going from specialists to doctors for a few months. Boo thats the bad ( NON gastric sleeve related ). Excess skin hang off me is gross and worrisome. Let's see.
The highpoint was today between doctor's appointments, I stepped into Cato's and bought an outfit in the Misses section. Sizes have stopped mattering, but this is something I haven't done since I was 20 years old.
Sickness set aside I feel blessed.

Where I work we are not, for the most part exposed to Clients... over all the years because I work at home 3 days a week.. I have always been able to find a way to avoid meeting them... I was good until 2011.. Late that year was our company's 40th anniversary. They decided to have a huge party and get all the clients in.. I was miserable because I knew it was coming.. and it did.. I was so humiliated from that experience, I placed the shirt we were all forced to wear at the back of my closet..
