The changes i have undergone are more than the weight loss. I have now cut my hair, had highlights put in, and had some major dental work done. I like having flowers around all the time. The make me feel special. I enjoy having my nails done, I want things neat and organized. Geesh I am turning into such a girl and i have started couponing. I was able to swing on the swings at a park this past weekend with my daughter and I loved it. i didnt feel like anyone was looking at me saying "bless

I forgot my user name and password for months. then today out of the blue it came to me. I am so glad to be back on here. if you sent me a message please dont think i was ignoring you,i just didnt see it.i am now 17 pounds below my target weight I am so happy.

I am still having trouble with milk, whole, 2% non fat, soy, lactose free any type of milk. It makes me cramp and get deathly ill. what puzzles me about that is I can eat chesse, yogurt, frozen yogurt even small amounts of ice cream but give me milk and I just cant tolerate it. Anyone have any suggestions?

It has been 9 months and 2 days since my surgery. I feel wonderful. I have lost a total of 120 pounds (including my pre op diet). I am 4 pounds away from my goal. this morning on the local news they did a report where a store is starting to use "plus size" maniquines (sp) that are a size 14 because the average woman is around that size. Guess what!? i am below average now because i can wear a size 12!!! feeling good about being below average in this catagory.

Today I turned 45 years young. I say young because with the weight I have lost I feel so young and vibrant. I am loving the new me. I have 14 more pounds until I reach my goal. Last year I was so depressed because I felt like I was older than I actually was. Now I am feeling much younger. Hard to believe that this person that I am now was there all the time just fighting to get out. Now that she is out....My husband says I could break Bill Gates with buying new clothes. It feels so good
