I know, I am super excited. Still no birth certificate of passport I live in Texas, I was born in Michigan. Deep down I am not worried about it. I will be there, it will all work out. My surg is next Friday, I start my pre-op diet Sunday. You?

Where are you from? I'm in California and I go to the office of records (or whatever it's called) and they printed mine right out, no waiting or anything.

Well gosh, ok! Sounds great to me.. I will certainly be there then. OH NO!!!! I had to send my birth cert in to get my passport. Now I don't have anything. S#!t

I read on a few travel sites that ground entrance from TJ to the states only called for birth cert and ID :-/ I'm confused

I've read many people saying that Birth cert and ID is fine, and Melissa from Hospital Jerusalem said ID and birth cert was fine too... Oh gosh. Now I'm freaking out.
