Hey Kellie - was just thinking about you in the last week or so. I go see Ali and the nutritionist on Thursday, haven't been since I got my drain removed. Hoping to hit 50 lbs lost by then, I am close so fingers crossed. No regrets whatsoever. Everything has been pretty smooth for me and i've had zero complications, other than being constantly cold! But i can take that to get the weight off. Please keep in touch!

Are you wanting to talk? I can give you my number. I just had my 6 month anniversary and I am 60 lbs down. Pretty exciting for sure.

Have you had surgery yet? I was 55 at the time of my surgery in June. A little anxiety is normal, but this is so worth it. How else would this menopausal gal ever loose weight and keep it off when I've never had success doing so at a younger age. My aging was part of my motivation. Now it is 5 months later and 58 lbs gone. Pretty darned grand if you ask me!!
