It's been just over 3 weeks since surgery. I've lost 28lbs so far and feel really good about that. Actually that includes 1 week of pre-op liquid diet too. I threw up for the first time last night. I tried wendy's junior double burger sans bun. I was so hungry and I ate it way to fast not all of it but most of it and before I new it I was in pain! I paced around for a bit then leaned over my toilet and puked! Ended up with a bloody nose too not sure what that was about.. I know I'm trying too much

Whew what a busy Christmas week! Hard to believe it has only been 10 days since my surgery! Seems a lot longer when I ignore the soreness in my tummy. The surgery went great! I WAS an overachiever (Thanks Lucci!) on my sipping and walking the first few days really till Saturday after surgery. Then my asthma kicked in and I took a turn for the worse. I ended up in the ER with lots of test by my surgeon just to be safe to find out that my asthma was in full swing and thanks to the low blood count

I finally lost 8lbs on my liquid diet! Yesterday was hard but that was very motivating! I did have a piece of chicken in the evening I surprised the hunger pains just don't go away ever! I can not believe ON tuesday I'm having surgery! So much to do this weekend. Last night I got a bunch done in my room sorting thru clothes getting out winter and putting a way the summer clothes. I have so many clothes I'm going to be able to fit into soon I just can't wait!
