    Hi there. I am considering surgery under Dr Hruby, just wondered how you are getting on now and if you would mind helping me with some questions please? Like how to arrange sick leave from work / get a sick note from gp when having surgery's abroad. Do you know if anybody has gone and ended up having to have a bypass instead of a sleeve, or been turned away altogether? Any tips or anything you can offer? Thank you, melanie x
