I been putting mad photos on my Facebook page I finally hit 199 lbs. so happy about that. I have not updated my photos yet. Are you on FB? I think my photos are for my friends only. I will do an update though.

No lose skin arms looks like it could happen if I don't work it out. I got major self changes ahead I should be doing much better thsn I am with my weight loss. I nred to get a jump on everything.I am starting too just keep focused do not let you or anyone get you down. If you ever need to talk write me, call whatever. Just make it happen.

funny enough I have not gone shopping recently but it has been on my mind because all my dresses are falling off of me. I bought dresses because I know you lose rapidly and I didn't want to be constantley buying clothes. I have no clue what size I am now. I keep my measurements up to date. I use the health tracker on obesityhelp.com to track my measurements, it graphs it out and everything for you. I do wonder where I am but since I keep seeing this muffin top I am waiting before I go find out what pants size I am. I think I am the only person on here who has no clue what size pants she is. I figure I can fit my old pants even if they are loose so maybe I am still bottom heavy. All I know is I am 60 lbs down never thought I would be here. I got what feels like another 60 to go. My photos I do keep up to date as I lose.

Thanksgiving was nothing special when you have surgery, you be lucky to get your favorites in at one sitting. This surgery is something to be excited about. Just to start to lose the weight. It will happen for you, sometimes you have be patient for it all to fall together. Surgery was the only thing so far I was able to get accomplished for myself.

Are you going to have the surgery after all? Or are you still debating?

Well as far as my skin goes it doesn't sag or anything. I JUST started to exercise after three months of not doing anything and having my sleeve do all the work. My mom told me since I am getting closer to my goal I should work out so that I won't have hanging skin and I will be more tone. I keep up with a friend on here we had the same surgeon, and I had my surgery in beg of July she had hers end of Sept, we are an inch apart and our starting weight was like 6lbs apart. She is down almost 30lbs and she actually has been doing what she was suppose to since her surgery and she is almost a month out. She really motivated me to start really walking off the weight seeing how she was losing. We compare where we are losing at we both noticed we were losing weight in the areas which don't sag first like our hips, waist, neck and chest. I JUST NOTICED today that my underwear are starting to get saggy. I just started walking for like a week, and the stall I was having ended when I started to walk. I am down 40lbs.
