I had my surgery on march 28 and I've only lost 47lbs so far am I not doing something right? Please help I've come to far to turn back now..

Just got home from the hospital. Surgery went well. I was in a little pain and sore more than anything . And was very nauseous from the morphine they were going me.. All in all I had a pleasant experience . The hospital staff were all great..

Went to the Dr Fedorka last Friday and my surgery is scheduled for March 28th.... I was so shocked that he offered me a date so soon.. I will admit I'm nervous but I'm ready to start my new journey in life. I only have to do liquid the day before surgery since I have already lost 18 pounds since starting my options class...=). Anyone have any pre surgery tips I should do will be much appreciated.... =0)

Do you know how I would find the group of people that had surgery the same day I did? I can't figure it out. Thanks

Well next week will be week 4 of my Kaiser options class. We did our lab work,EKG,chest X-ray, and mammogram after our 2nd class. I must say giving the stool sample was the hardest part for me, but I made it. I'm learning a lot from the classes and I'm even more excited to a new healthier me..
