    Hey Chels...I've lost 32 lbs...and so far, no more sagging then before surgery, but I do have 43 lbs to go. My arms have always been chubby, I'm hoping with working out I can get them in shape...the only one I'm worried about is the arm one, the others are not in places that I'm worried about saggin skin..hope this helps...
