I'm in Paragould. Just on the other side of Jonesboro, about 2 hours away from Memphis. I'm looking to going to Mexico. I had planned to go this November but my mother had a double mastectomy and has started chemo and won't be done until December or maybe January and I just don't want to be gone or be unable to help her so I've decided to wait until early next year. I get more excited about it all the time and I think I'm ready.

Welcome to the forum, if you want to do some research this is the place to be. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask them. It is good to know first if this is something you really want for yourself. I wish you the best of luck in your decision. I know for me it has been a lifesaver, Just expect if you do get it to have a change in attitude about how you view yourself. Expect to experience stalls for 1 to even 3 weeks your maintaining weight, expect when you will lose 20 lbs the first month and it takes the weight double the time to fall off the following months after. Remember it took us a long time to put on this weight and it will take time to fall off. I know for many of us we have no regrets. Who knows you may feel you want it sooner or not at all. If you have any questions again ask them. Also read some blogs and look at some photos of before and after. Just take advantage of all this time you have to research.
