I'm doing pretty good.Tired from all this holiday crap.Went back to work Tuesday.I trying to figure out what exactly I can and cant eat. Truthfully I don't feel like eating anything.Its more like a job now to remember to eat.Who would have thought.How are you doing? Hope you have a great holiday.

Sorry to hear you are having stress.What do you do?The liver reduction diet totally sucked the first three days but after that I managed.GNC has these amazing protien shakes they are called Lean Shake.I love them and they dont taste like crap like that Fusion stuff does.25 grams of protein in a premixed bottle. maybe they will help with your protein issue. December 4 th is the magic day

I work for Hilton Garden Inn. We mostly have government and business travel. Sports groups and North/South travellers on the weekends. I really enjoy it. The travel benefits are Awesome!! The shopping groups are more common around DC, but I've heard horror stories about them!!! We do alot of wedding rooms, too. They are pretty gross to clean, just because they just party all weekend. I can't believe your boss, he sounds like a total douche. My parents just came back from Niagara Falls, small world. We were trying to take my daughter there for her 21st birthday next September, but there weren't any rooms available at the Hilton or Embassy Suites...pooh. Hopefully, we will make it there one day!!! How is post op going? I'm doing ok, just finding a whole bunch of foods i don't like to eat anymore, which is most everything!! I officially have 2 pairs of pants that I can still get away with wearing, but with $2 in my checking account...they'll have to do!! Not a problem I'm sad to have.

No, I'm a huge slacker with exercise. I did go for a walk today...to Arby's..but I just go an unsweet green tea. I really need to start!! I am busier in life though, I don't have to come home from work and take a nap, so that's a plus!!! I'm an emotional eater, too...mostly when I get angry, which isn't often. Work doesn't really stress me out, too much. We are getting ready to let go my only supervisor, so just quit your job and move to Va...I'll make sure you stay unstressed!!

Oh my gosh, after the first 3 weeks, the scale just stopped moving, literally for a month or so. It sucked so bad!! I felt like I was doing it all wrong and maybe it just wasn't going to work for me...then, it just started moving again. After thinking about it, I realized I would never have lost 40 pounds in 2 months on my own, so I am happy about it. Have you gone back to work?
