Hi Sassylassie, Pueblo is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are completely marble, has blowdryer, coffee pot maker, great "black out" curtains to make the room completely dark, bed really comfortable. I just made sure I had a non-smoking room.

The staff in the dining area are great. There is a really nice server named, "Jose" (common name though).

The bell hop staff are nice. I had a guy also named "Jose" took us to a local store in a golf cart. My friend and I rode on the back of the cart riding backwards. We had a great time! He waits while we shop then brings us back to the hotel. I gave him a 5.00 dollar tip. I believe when you tip well, your the word gets around and you get great service....or maybe it's just paying it forward. Either way, it's a win/win situation. I hope it helps. Take picutures! There is a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby and gorgeous art work throughout the hotel.

I will admit that I did a very modified version of that because I'm healing so well right now (knock on every piece of wood that ever existed). I found this from Cornell University and am into the purees now and will be on home soft by the end of the week, that's faster than Garcia but it's super important for me to get protein in. I've blenderized the heck out of 3 TB of chicken salad and that goes down quite easily and tastes so good. It is so weird not only not being hungry, but getting full so quickly. A gift.
