Congrats! .....I'm losing like 2 and half pounds a week .....it's slow but I'm ok with it ....Im very picky eater ......since I was a child .....I don't do Veggies or salads ....but I like protein!! ....I need to walk

I'm finally home ..got home tue eve .....wow....what an experience .....make sure you are drinking enough and breathing...... I have never had so much done to me ...... IV s in both arms ....4 antibiotics and potassium all by IV ...they almost put in a pic line ....I had to drink some nasty potassium also ..made me sick and dry heave .....I had a horrible migraine headache that lasted about 60hrs .....I don't want to go back ...today I drank 2 boost nutrition drinks and a small amount of tomato soup , 32 oz of crystal light and about 20 OSS of water ....I'm going to buy Isopure tomorrow , it has 40 gm of protein in 32ozs......how out you ?

Staples out! Was easy ..just stung a little ..lol....I'm glad to have added soup but there's not much protein in it ....I'm ready for mushy food! It's going to be hard to squeeze in protein for next couple of weeks

Just wondering why did she do your surgery? I think she did my EGD......forest park has a frisco location too ? I think I did see that on their brochure .... I'm on my last day of clear liquids ....uggh....I'm so ready for some soup tomorrow and Wednesday I get staples out!!! How are you doing ?

Which one of you had the surgery? I used dr.kim also ...I heard he was very good but there was very little interaction with him. The forest park facility was very nice. I'm 3 days post op....struggling to drink enough and ve been walking every day. Hope your recovery goes well!!!

Prayers being sent for your surgery tomorrow. Wishing you a speedy recovery! I am just 5 days post op and I KNOW this is the best decision I have ever made for myself. Congrats on you becoming the best you can be!!

Good luck to you on your new journey. I am down 30 lbs as of to day and am so grateful I was finally able to take this step for myself. My recovery has been great and I was up and walking that very night after surgery and lucidity took hold (lol).
