Heya M&M had a break through I stopped all carbs and only eat lean protein and the weights coming off lost 1.8 in the last few days. Usually have a couple of boiled eggs for Brekky, 125g chook breast for lunch and 125g scotch fillet or lean chops for dinner.

Boooooo scales yup I agree sooner or later that fat is Gunna move its way out...lucky ur hubby was at work or you wud be getting a whole lot of exercise after reading that book lol I haven't read it yet but heard its pretty full on. Hope you enjoy ur weekend away I've got no plans busy week catching up with drs that I have put off a bit post op. saw the liver specialist she said she is not concerned with it being inflamed that it's a pretty sensitive organ she gave me some bloods to do in a couple of months then go back n c her. Did the bush walk today was a bloody killer still aching from it lol... I'm getting better with water if I flavour it found these lil sachets at woolies so bin using them plain water just doesn't do it for me either unless I'm hot then I can drink it. I'm not really chewing like I should either basically eating how I normally would but not having an issue with it so it's all good. I still have to watch my sugar intake so no juice for me as I'm still on insulin but it's dropped dramatically from 120 units per meal to 10 units. Went and had the right eye lasered this week so things should improve with my eye health ur lucky u never developed diabetes it sux when u get to my age and have had diabetes for more then 20 years as everything starts to break down n cause probs but I'm on the right track so things should start improving. Neways catch up with u soon take care xx

by donnagirl on 06-13-2013 at 05:03 AM
Hello everyone,

Its been a long time since I have been on here, I have been so busy with my new body! Buying new clothes and shopping and working and exercising! Wow these last few months have gone so quick.
I started running last month and I actually enjoyed it, I go for runs with my children and I can finally keep up with them. Its wonderful to be fighting fit again and I am thinking of joining the roller derby team for women and also the women's rugby league team.

by donnagirl on 02-13-2013 at 04:19 AM
Hello everyone, I have been so busy with my job and family, I forgot to post pics and blogs for a while.
It has been a bit over 6 months since I had my surgery and I have to say that I feel great!! Its so much easier to get around and I find that I can run again. I love the fact that I only eat small amounts and I dont feel restricted anymore.
I saw my surgeon and he is very happy with my results so far.
I began this journey at 145kgs and am now 108kgs. I have lost 37kgs and

4 months post op and 30kg down

by donnagirl on 11-22-2012 at 01:51 AM
Hello everyone its that time of the month again lol, time for a blog.
I must say that the weight loss has slowed down but 5kg in a month is still a great loss!! I would never have been able to lose that much in a month so I feel blessed and am very proud of myself.
I put on an 18th birthday party for my daughter and had a drink, I have been worried about alcohol and can honestly say that I had nothing to worry about. I had a fantastic time and enjoyed being 30kg lighter than before

by donnagirl on 10-25-2012 at 07:51 PM
Hello again everyone,
I know that I dont get on here much anymore, but I have committed myself to posting a blog every month. It has been 3 long months that feel like years, and I find myself getting used to eating small meals and the changes happening with my body.
It has been like a roller coaster ride, but I am loving my results. I joined the gym recently and have had some issues with energy and coping with being tired all the time. I am going to have full bloods done just to check

by donnagirl on 09-26-2012 at 07:28 PM
Hello everyone! Its time for my new blog. Well the last month has been a real challenge, I have found myself eating all sorts of naughty foods and not being so strict with my protein. I will say that I have now rectified the naughtiness and am back on track, eating protein lol.
I have been exercising on and off during the last month, however have had stalls again for majority of the month. I have lost 3kg this month and am still very happy with my loss, I noticed that when I stall that inches
