hello! I am not really feeling too hungry. I can tell when I am, and just an ounce or 1.5 ounces im at my fill. I can quickly tell when my body is done.
I have really only been drinking my protein shakes or the carnation instant breakfasts, I drink soup broth, mostly chicken or bean soup broth. I have tried a few creamed soups. So far I have tolerated it all. I think everyone worries at some point the "oh no what if its not made small enough" I would say trust your body and your sleeve! Stop when you feel full, even if you do not feel "full" you will feel a difference and thats when you should stop. Always wait the 30 min before and after of course, this will ensure your stomach stays the way it should! Good Luck and I know you will do great!
