Finally made it into the 100 yay I don't remember being aT this weight ever! I have run into friends that don't ever recognize me it's crazy! Feel stronger and better every day any suggestions for the skin on the arm thighs and stomach? Oh and under my chin just doesn't seem to be tightening up!

Sounds like your doing good now.good job.me just keeping up my spot on the losers bench down 90lbs in 4mnths and I love all the energy.keep up the good work

Wow thats crazy. Hope all is ok now.my weekend was ok had 2 football games on Sunday happy to say we r the champs in CT now we travel to Va. I did great,but I have strong pain in my left side next to port and they think its my galblader so go appnt.. With doc for ultra sound.one thing to keep in mind is that we put r bodies through so much getting fat that there is gonna be problems when losing but at the end ull live longer and be happier. And I never had reflux never had it but they say once your body gets use to the new tummy it goes away.and dont stop drinking water it helps the wieght lose...drink drink drink

I'm feeling better today and yesterday..I bought some injury protein powder unflavored helped greatly. I'm missing my diet coke but that's really all...down three more pounds..got thevok to excersise from dr....big smile still no swimming till stitches dissolve...I'm a swimmer...hope all is well with you

Youll get through that feeling you have to keep on mind that its all mental.the way I made it threw the liquid phase was water all the time even sipped it between sips of protien. Me im actually doing great working out 4times a week went a little to hard Saturday and had a football game Sunday so sore as h@@@l but gotta keep pushing.also started couch to 5k training plan. Dont for get to keep walking it will help alot.stay positive
