One Year Annivery

Well i am glad i had my surgery 3/9/12 i was 262 and now 3/9/13 at 189 . i am not happy with my weight loss. i have been at a stall for 4 months. My weight loss goal was 100 but i was only able to loss 73 pounds.. Well i need to change some stuff i guess... I need some advice.
Lossing Hair

I am having issue losing hair and been tiered. I need to know what vitamin yall out there are drinking . I had my surgery in Mexico and the doctor just told me to drink a multivitamin. Please any advice is welcome.
