Bile coming up at night.....

I am almost 4 weeks out and the entire last week I have woke up in the middle of the night with Bile coming up the back of my throat. I am on Omeprazole (40mg) 2 x daily. My doctor said this is to reduce acid and not bile so he gave me a prescription for kaopectate (sp) which I take at night before I got to bed but it doesn't seem to help. Has anyone else experienced this?
