So, I get up and check on the status of my passport, and I can not believe my eyes....finished up and mailed, with a tracking number!!! Yay!! I will be able to keep my August 31 date. I will not have to reschedule again. My husband and I will be able to go on our cruise. I'm so excited that the department of state finally believes I was born and am a citzen of the great U.S. of A.

On Wednesday I still woke up with the volcano throat but the fever was gone which made me feel a little better. Now for the last two days

So, I should be packing or making any last minute arrangements to be having my surgery on Tuesday. But, I am not. I have had to put it off probably until August. I have not yet been able to obtain a passport because I have a delayed certificate of birth. They want me to find at least two more records of my birth to the first ten years of my life. Sounds easy, right?? Not when you are 31 and everything is thrown out or disposed of in either 7 or 10 years. I have a couple more phone calls to make
