I have already endured back surgery from old horseback riding accidents and now I still have to have epidurals. I have to drop the weight as soon as possible to avoid more issues. Nervous about doing surgery and could use all the help I can get.

So I'm just starting out. I'm scheduled for my seminar on May 4th. I'm still trying to get my husband to understand how much this surgery would mean to me. How long did it take for the doc to schedule your surgery? How long did you have to do the diet before the surgery? I could use as much info as I can get.
