hey how is the weight loss....I have been stuck for 2 weeks...very frustrating...but I have lost 7 inches off my waist...how is life ? Hope u had happy holidays...

TIm text dillard and I forgot to ask dill what he said..I hope he is doing ok. I get full really fast bill ut I eat..I am still under my calories each day...usually around 600 a day...I try to get closer to 800 but its hard. I also do not get my water in...how in the world can you drink 48-64 oz a day I am way under I am lucky to get 24 in...I have to work on that....

hey you..hows it going? I have lost 20 pounds but nothing in the past 7 days...so frustrated...Dill is losing like crazy, he has lost 27 pounds already. He looks great! I am walking daily and I like the sleeve, but I feel I should be losing more weight than this...

Thanks everyone I am doing well. A little bobble with the suture dehising a little but it is healing fast. Down 10 lbs in 10 days Thank you for all the well wishes!

I am nervous as well, but have read so many positive comments about him and the facility. It will be OK! Countdown is on!

Noticed you will be sleeved by Dr. Almanez on Oct. 28th. I will be there on the 27th so will likely end up in the Recovery house together...best of luck!
