Today I think I experienced "dumping" all though I thought that was more for gastric bypass. Anyways, I made a huge mistake today. My daughter made some cupcakes and at first I stayed away, but as the day went on and the cupcakes right there on the counter antagonizing me, I picked one up and took a bite and then another, I set it back down and saw that I had eaten half of it. Today I am 22 days post op and feeling pretty good! I went back to work today and it went really well. I was a little nervous on how I would feel physically, I work at a busy Dr's office and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but to my surprise I did rather well. Today when I got on the scale it was an amazing moment for me, I actually had to step on it about 3 times! Yay I am no longer in the 300's. I can't even tell you how long it's been since I was in the 200's but it is awesome and a huge motivator. I have also been getting compliments from family, friends and neighbors. They can see the change in me as well. Just had to share my excitement!

Good morning all, it's been 15 days since my surgery and I feel that I'm doing pretty good. I've been on puréed foods for 3 days now and have done pretty good with the foods that I have tried. I have noticed that my taste buds have changed a bit all ready. I use to love milk ( fat free) and now it seems to have an odd flavor I still drink it for the protein. I still am very burpy, when I eat or drink anything I guess it pretty common and can last for awhile. I've been dealing with acid reflux which
