Ok so I have not been here in a few months. I see you guys are very nice and helpful. Although my navigation thru this is entire social thing is really new difficult for me. I had my surgery on April 9th top weight @308 last I weighed in was a@ 233 and that was a month ago. I have been waiting for doctors visits to weigh. I have another appointment in a few weeks and am very excited I am down to a size 14 from a 26... WOOOOHOOOO people I am excited. I have not had to have any blood pressure meds
