Does not look like there is much communication in the Arizona group? Well I would like o talk about my hopes of being healthy again. Loosing weight is a battle and the battle is beat with more people than a one man war. I would live to share what's going on in my family is there anyone. In Arizona who wants to talk? I live in Glendale and really have not had much contact with people from here on going- My sleeve sister (the lady I met when I went out to have the surgery) we have remained in contact via text/phone and that has been helpful to support and monitor progress.. I have to say the weight is not coming off as fast as I thought but its coming off so I am happy
