How far along is everyone with the hoops that you have to leap through? And how do you feel as of now?

Well, things were going smoothly. I had everything done that was required by the insurance company in a matter of two weeks, now they are taking their sweet time on getting the final approval back. I dont have to do a supervised diet so I guess I shouldnt complain but I am really anxious to get this going .
