I am from Sulphur. Had LapBand in Jan 2007. Was at 318 and got down to 245. Started having bad reflux and had to have all the fill removed, that accompanied by hip issues and I have gotten back to 300. Unfortunately, my insurance will only pay for gastric bypass and because of my medical history the bypass is NOT a good long term option. So looks like I will be a self pay.

Trying to determine if there is a doc in La. that is reasonable cost. Really don't want to go to Mexico. Worried about complications.
