Have been trying to find a definitive list of comorbidities accepted by the NHS. Any ideas? Have bmi of 35 and Dr Hruby in Czechoslovakia will only approve with comorbidities. Am seeing doc in UK on Monday 're venous stasis as my legs are swollen and so heavy, feel as though my skin is about to split. Only been happening since five stone weight gain since Nov 2012.

Not sure about the comordibities. I thought that you only had to be over 35 BMI so you need to put on weight !!
