Hi guys, I need some help. I am under incredible stress - My grandfather is dying (he took care of me when my parents couldn't). My son just got diagnosed with CF and there is lots of politics with my job. I know I am stress eating because I just want to stuff all those negative feelings down. I have tried the distraction thing - go for a walk, knit, take a bath, drink water, etc and they don't work. I need to change the negative tape in my head. Are there any saying out there that other use that help with de-stressing? Give me anything!
