I finally made it to 199. It has been over 15 years, I think since I have seen that # on my scale. I feel great. I have been able to eat everything. Anything over about 6-8 oz feels uncomfortable. I started my journey at 251 and the day of surgery I was at 223.5, I am soooooo glad I did this. I feel great. I am off the Blood Sugar pills. My Blood Sugar was at 99 this AM. I am taking 1/2 of the Blood Pressure med, hopefully I can get off of that, too. Just needed to share with people that understand......Thanks for being there.
