I had my sleeve on 16/07 and am 12 days out now. My surgeon used glue on the external incisions.

Its starting to flake off now - should I be worried?

Nope! Well, not if the incisions r healed. My doc said at my 1 week check up I can start picking it off.

I had glue also. I had a one week check up with Doctor after surgery and he said it would just peel off. I am now 19 days post op and all the glue is gone. I helped pick it off also

I didnt have a 1 week checkup. But I am having a checkup at 2 weeks tomorrow - hopefully it can come off. Its a challenge not to pick at it

My surgery was 3 weeks ago and one of my incisions was really large and has a lot of glue on it that has not come off yet. I am afraid to pull it off. I will give it another week to heal.

Same here...doctor said it was fine to pick it off as long as it didn't hurt. If it hurts, just leave it alone and it will come off by itself.

Same here......most has come off. Surgery was on the 29th of July.
