I had my surgery with Dr Garcia a year ago last week starting weight of 324 after 2 week diest 304 now 222 (so 102 loss in a year) .kind of stalling right now but want to get to about 175 good luck and prayers with each of you.He is a great Dr.I am able to walk 5 miles a day now , go up stairs with o problem and most importantly go on outings with the kids and grand kids with out stopp\ingto catch my breath every few minutes
