I really didn't have a lot of pain it was very manageable with plain tylenol liquid. I fasted the day of my surgery and my surgeon operated at 5 pm Monday March 11th. I was nausea's and some pain but not major they waited until almost 4pm the next day because of my nausea to do my leak test. I had dry heaves and yet nothing in my body it was the pits! But when they gave me that stuff to drink it was rough because I was already sick but really it was something and I begin to overcome the nausea after that point. That was my toughest part and I am home completely following my pre op diet no cheats. I am 8 days out now and other than tiring easily I'm doing fantastic getting in my fluids. I wish i could say the same here. Im tired and dont get in all the protein or fluid I need. Operation was a cinch and no after effects really (constipated) but Im struggling now
