I bough a tub of the isopure zero carb in mango peach, and one in pineapple banana. I tried the mango one and it's tolerable but if I'm gonna be drinking liquids for weeks I wanna try to enjoy it. What's the best stuff any of you have found? Protien and liquid wise.
pre made protein shakes like ensure. Broth. u have to have some carbs or u will start shaking and getting light headed.

I find Unjury.com protein to be great; the flavors have no aftertaste (Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla. Also, the Chicken soup protein is delicious in chicken broth. Also, Energyfirst.com chocolate and Green Energy mix are good. Whey Protein Isolate is the best and recommended by doctors... let me know what if you try any of them.
I would also like to ask if the sports drinks are worth stocking up on. There is a sale here, but I was not sure if they are something I will need. Any info appreciated.
