I am petrified now when before it was all I wanted.I don't usually ask for help from people, but, confidence boosters would be appreciated. I feel like I probably will be the first person who never loses a pound after surgery. It has been nearly impossible to lose weight at age 54. Anyone else feel like this before your surgery? Keep second guessing this decision but I know it is going to be the best decision I have made.
Last year I was enrolled in the LGH program but was denied three days before surgery from my insurance carrier because my BMI was only 39.8. After three appeals and three more denials, I gave up. This time I am enrolled at Emerson Hospital in Concord. Nervous as heck.
