Weight loss struggle

    For the past two months my weight has been consistent. I've gained two to three pounds a week then the following week i loose the weight. Just to find out that I gained it back again the following week. I'm not trying to maintain my weight lost, I'm trying to loose more weight, but it just won't come off. It just makes me so irritated!! I don't exercise as much as I should be, but I still exercise a few times a week. I would like to loose about 20 more pounds so that I can reach my goal weight.

    Has anyone else experience the same problem? and what did you do to overcome it?

    I'm interested to know so that I can continue with my weight loss.

    Are you staying consistent with your protein intake and water intake?

    No I haven't, I've been drinking more water, and I'm only drinking one protein shake a day, I'm thinking that I have to increase my protein intake. I need to research more foods with higher protein and lower carbs. Thanks for the comment.
