Hey Nov. sleeves would love to hear about your experiences with Dr.almanza and Jerusalem hospital. Even Oct. ones! Are you good, bad, sick, hospitalized, dead??????? Pleeeease respond and let us know...it's what this site is for.

I had my surgery on November 22nd. I feel great. I eat just about anything I want as long as it is not bread or high carb foods. I feel like I am chocking if I try to eat those foods. All other foods are fine, but I eat them in small portions. My only problem is I lost 25 lbs very quickly the first 3 weeks and this past week I did no lose any weight so I need to go back to drinking some protein shakes to see if that helps with my weight loss.

I had my surgery in June 11- 13. I have lost a total of 84 lbs between the pre- op and the surgery. the care at the clinic is very minimal. I didn't partake in the extra pain meds and did pretty good. I did a lot of walking both at the clinic and then back at the hotel. good luck to you!
